| Fleet money will be used for: - Buying stocks on behalf of the fleet
- Buying points, for resale
- Buying armory items
- Buying items (including NOMs) for speculation
- Loans to fleet members
- Contest Prizes
- Bribes to end wars
The principle and all of the profits from fleet investments will go back to the fleet. Fleet members will not be notified of every withdraw when the money is coming back, though all speculation will be noted on the internal fleet page. Items purchased for speculation should be either in the armory (in the case of long-term speculation) or on the item market. Obviously, NOMs and Points have to be treated differently, though these will also be noted in the internal fleet page. In the case of Loans to people outside of the fleet, large loans will need the approval of all of the fleet leaders. Everyone will be notified before the loan is given, to give people a chance to voice concerns and so that people know where the fleet money is at all times. Loans to fleeties, especially fleeties who have sufficent collateral on loan to the fleet, require only the approval of a single fleet leader. Fleet money will not be used for: - The purchase of personal equipment or ships, unless as part of a fleet approved loan.
- Buying notorious days or points.

| The Fleet Vault
You will see money coming in , and leaving the fleet vault. I want you all to understand what it will be used for.
Fleet money will be used for:
Buying stocks.
Buying points, for resale.
Buying armory items.
Loans to fleet members.
Contest Prizes.
